By Bus: Take bus 425 to Ersfjordbotn in Tromsø, and get off at the Ersfjordbotn Skole bus stop which is just 1-minute walk away. The 425 is the first bus that goes to Ersfjordbotn, stopping nearby at 6:25 AM. The 425 is also the last bus that goes to Ersfjordbotn, stopping nearby at 8:53 PM.

Take a 30-minute drive from Tromso to the climbing spot on Kvaløya Island, which has beautiful views. You'll be at the base of beautiful 6- to 8-metre rock walls after a short 5-minute walk. With your gear and helmet on, you'll go up your first routes and learn how to climb and belay. As you get stronger, you'll even be able to try a fall by yourself.
