1. By Car: Brighton Beach is located 13.7 km from the city centre, it will take 33 min to reach the beach by hired car or cab if you travel via the Princes Hwy/ A60 route.
2. By Metro: Take a train to North Brighton station, which is 458 metres away from the Beach and is a 6-minute walk. Alternatively, get down at Dendy St/Burrows St (Brighton) and walk for 9 minutes to cover 615 metres to reach the beach. Another station you can get down is Railway Ave/New St (Brighton) which is 630 metres and a 10-minute walk away.
3. By Train: Take a train to Brighton Station which is around 3 miles away and walk for 11 minutes via Marine Parade/A259 to reach the beach.
4. By Bus: Take a bus to Brighton Beach Station/South Rd (Brighton) station, which is 1.5 km away from the beach. You can reach the location from the bus station with a 2-minute walk via Esplanade/State Route 33
Brighton has relatively moderate weather, with mild winters and warm summers, making it an all-year-round destination. The best season to visit Brighton Beach is during summer, starting from late spring in May and ending in September, the beginning of Fall. May through September is the warmest time of the year in Brighton and is the best time for indulging in swimming and other water activities.
