From Bangkok: For travellers coming from Bangkok, Patong is about 852.3 kilometres away. The journey from Bangkok to Patong takes approximately 12 hours via Route 4. Buses from Bangkok to Phuket are also available, and from the Phuket bus terminal, you can take a local bus, taxi, or tuk-tuk to Patong.
