A compulsory inclusion in your list of Tokyo places to visit is the National Museum of Nature and Science, one of the biggest museums dedicated to science in Japan. You can walk through over 25,000 exhibits and learn about all aspects of world history related to science, technology and nature. There is a full-size, original dinosaur skeleton, a piece of the Nantan meteorite from the 16th century and the stuffed body of Hachiko, among other interesting exhibits.
